Disenfranchised grief
I lost beloved friend too in Feb 2020. I heard an interview that helped. It's about disenfranchised grief. It's when Society doesn't recognize loss. The term was coined a few decades ago but the story was about human loss with covid and how it's ignored. It also applies to loss of health, loss of job, and loss of pet, and loss of freedom, etc. Loss of safety. It doesn't solve problems but at least it recognizes us.
